Our places...

MORGANS WOOD...Our beautiful Sussex woodland site near Horsham, privately owned by our very fine friends Darren and Siobhan.  Ancient woodlands with our very own tepee shelter, fire sites, compost toilet (also functions as a wet room for wheelchair users), woodland kitchen and acres of wild land to explore, including lakes and fields.  About an hour from Croydon, and if you like, we can drive you there in our minibus, so you can put your feet up and have a snooze!  Brilliant place to camp, or to bivvy for those who want to get even closer to nature!

PINEWOOD...Our wonderful urban oasis in Croydon!  Allegedly once the pheasantry of King Henry VIII, now cared for by the Scouts, its a hidden and magical woodland place, far away from the hustle and bustle of urban life.  Complete with tepee shelters, fire sites, high ropes elements, archery range, climbing wall, scout hut and even a little lake!  Who'd have thunk it!

HARRISONS ROCKS...Ancient sandstone rock formations in the heart of Sussex.  Less than an hour from Croydon by minibus and you could be climbing your way up to some fabulous views of the Sussex and Kentish Weald.

THE RIVER MEDWAY... Our favourite place to be messing about on the river!  Launching at Tonbridge, it's less than an hour from Croydon by minibus, and this beautiful Sussex waterway is yours for the exploring! (We've been known to wild camp along its banks too!)

SOUTH NORWOOD LAKES...A perfect spot for a bit of sailing!  Based in the north of the borough of Croydon, this lovely wetland area is a great place to learn some boating skills.

ASHDOWN FOREST...Whether it's orienteering, hiking, or mountain biking, this lovely part of Sussex is the perfect place to explore or practice your navigation skills (and the home of a certain Pooh Bear!)

SNOWDONIA...If you're looking to climb a mountain, then the Snowdonia Range is only 6 hours away from Croydon by minibus.  In less than half a day you could be camping in wild mountain terrain, hiking your way up peaks and navigating your way back to base camp for a well earned rest in stunning scenery!
